User-Key does not work

If the device responds to the red Master-Key but not to the Blue-User key it is possible that the Blue-User key is defective.
To check this: 

• hold the red Master-Key to the mo.lock to start the teach-in process
• Hold the blue User-Key against the mo.lock for about 2 seconds. 
• Finally, complete the teach-in process by holding the red master key close to the mo.lock again. 
• Hold the Blue-User key to the mo.lock 
• If the mo.lock does not react, the user key is defective.
