mo.hub does not pair

If the mo.hub does not pair with the mo.ride app, follow these steps.

  • Download the latest version of the mo.ride app
  • Turn off the ignition of the R9T
  • Delete all old/previous devices from the Bluetooth settings.
  • Pair mo.ride APP with mo.hub after a few minutes a message will appear in the mo.ride app regarding an update, run it
  • If the problem persists, contact support.
